The 15,000 Club Wembley season ticket holders received an email this week telling them to wear neutral colours for Saturday's showpiece.

The email warns fans they risk not being granted entry to the stadium if they fail to adhere to the rules.

Wembley has never allowed replica shirts in its corporate areas but that rule has now been extended to include hats, flags, scarves and a number of other items.

Despite Wembley having a capacity of more than 90,000, Manchester United and Crystal Palace have only been allocated 28,000 tickets each.

That means over 30,000 tickets have been taken by sponsors, Club Wembley season ticket holders and the 'football family', which consists of all 92 Premier League and Football League clubs.

Catalan newspaper SPORT has reported that Barca will be there to watch him in person at the Madrigal, but he isn't the only player catching Robert's eye.

And the Manchester City boss will draw on his past experience of nullifying superstar Ronaldo’s awesome threat when the Real Madrid goal machine arrives at the Etihad for their Champions League semi-final battle on Tuesday.

Pellegrini was in charge at Villarreal when the Spanish side played Manchester United four times in the Champions League group stage in 2005 and 2008.

Ronaldo played in three of those games, but never managed a goal against Pellegrini’s men.

Ronaldo is even deadlier these days – with an amazing 47 goals in 44 games already this season. But Pellegrini hopes he can block the free-scoring 31-year-old again to help City navigate two titanic clashes against ­Madrid with a Champions League final at stake.

He said: “We know it’s ­difficult, ­because Cristiano is a very ­complete player. He’s fast, he’s strong. I hope that we are going to defend well against him, and we’ll see during the game.

“I played against Cristiano three times in two group stages of the Champions League when I was at Villarreal and he was at Manchester United, and we drew every game 0-0.

“So my team mustn’t have defended too badly!

For that, Pellegrini, can take a little credit after becoming Ronaldo’s first boss at the Bernabeu with the former United star arriving in 2009 in a world record £80million deal.

Their time together only lasted one­ ­season with Pellegrini getting kicked out after a solitary campaign despite his Madrid stars coming second to Barcelona by just three points after ­scoring 102 goals.

Ronaldo was injured for a chunk of that ­season but managed 20 goals in 18 games – a strike rate that ­convinced Pellegrini he was destined to be an all-time Bernabeu great.

“Cristiano was signed before I arrived. But I’m not surprised how well he’s done,” he said. “I saw from the first moment I worked with him his desire was to be the best player and to play every game.

“When he finished at ­Manchester United, he was 24 years old. When you play in a big, strong team like Real ­Madrid and you continue ­growing you perform much ­better.

“But he was never ­comfortable with what he had done. He ­always wanted to do more. That is the only way to think as a big player and a big team.

“Cristiano deserves a lot of credit for his improvement so it’s natural that at 28,29,30, then he’s better than he was at 24.”

Leicester ’s outstanding Algerian attacking ace Mahrez, 25, was this week short-listed by the PFA for the Premier League player of the year award. 

He has 16 goals and 11 assists this term – including a hat-trick at the Liberty Stadium against the Swans in December.

His feats riled Swansea - especially skipper Ashley Williams - and with revenge in the air Ranieri knows Leicester will need Mahrez more than ever on Sunday with top scorer Jamie Vardy suspended. 

Ranieri said: “He is fantastic, Riyad is our light. When he switches on, wow, Leicester change colour – that is the truth.

“Without our goal-scorer it is not easy to play. We give everytime the maximum but I am sure we will give a little more to win the match.”

Mahrez’s performance against Swansea drove the hosts crazy as Williams lost his cool and angrily sought out Mahrez post-match to confront him.

Williams even tried to storm the Leicester bus, to get to Mahrez, as he was so angry.

Ranieri, ahead of Sunday’s game which will be officiated by Mark Clattenburg, insisted: “It is another match. When the game is finished, everything is finished.

“If something happens, I call Riyad and say: ‘Stay between Robert Huth and Wes Morgan and Marcin Wasilewski - come on!

“But Mark Clattenburg is a fantastic referee, I have no problem.”

Ranieri openly admitted for the first time yesterday the Foxes can win the league despite being 5,000-1 outsiders at the start of the season.

But now, after securing a place in the Champions League group stages, Ranieri has told his side to go all-out to complete a fairytale triumph.

Ranieri stressed he couldn’t pinpoint a specific moment when he felt Leicester became title contenders but stressed their consistency has been key.

He added: “My focus was and is about the next match and to check very well our attitude and how we play in every match.

“It is about the consistency all the season. I am very very glad for our consistency.

“I didn’t understand what happened last season when after the victory against Manchester United there were several (11) defeats.

“Why? What happened? I was very focused on this, I don’t want my players relaxing. Every match is important.

“When one match is past you look what you are doing well and what was wrong and try to improve.

“This is my philosophy about football.”

Ranieri acknowledges England striker Vardy will be a big loss tomorrow after scoring 22 goals and having six assists.

He must now weigh up whether to start targetman Leonardo Ulloa, who has four goals this term.

But Ranieri could opt for a like-for-like replacement by starting the pacey Jeff Schlupp.

“Without Vardy we have to make some other strategy,” said Ranieri. “Leo deserves to play but before Leo there is the team and I think about what is the best for the team.”

Agen Bola TerperCaya EURO 2016  ~   Newcastle winger Andros Townsend is reportedly at the centre of a police enquiry after his white Range Rover was involved in a car crash. 

The vehicle, believed to be driven by the England international, occurred in a collision in the city on Thursday, report the Newcastle Chronicle.

 

Witnesses say the incident occurred on the A1056, just a few miles from the Magpies' training ground, at around 9.15am.

Club bosses have declined to comment on the incident while the police investigation continues.

One teacher, who was driving to work along the A1056, said: “The cars involved pulled over on Sandy Lane and they seemed to swap details.

“I made the point of pulling over too just so the other drivers knew I would be willing to be a witness to what happened. That’s when we realised it was Andros Townsend.”

Northumbria Police confirmed they were investigating a collision.

A spokeswoman said: “At 10.22am on Thursday, police received a report of a collision involving a Range Rover and a Vauxhall Corsa in Sandy Lane, Newcastle.

“The drivers are not believed to have suffered any injuries and only minor damage was caused to both cars.

“Enquiries into the collision are on-going.”

Winger Townsend has scored three times in eight appearances since joining from Tottenham in a £12million deal in January.

Carroll accused the official of trying to “even up” his decisions with an injury time penalty which gifted Leicester substitute Leonardo Ulloa a dramatic equaliser. 

It came after Moss gave another highly debatable penalty against Leicester and also sent off Jamie Vardy for a second yellow card for diving. Leicester striker Vardy angrily finger pointed at Moss, appeared to swear and could risk a further suspension.

But Moss then enraged West Ham by awarding a penalty against Carroll for a foul of Jeffrey Schlupp which allowed Leonardo Ulloa to equalise to put Leicester eight points clear at the top.

Carroll said: “I think it was a poor decision. I think he's trying to even it up and I think a lot of people have said that. It's not acceptable, week-in, week-out we've had bad decisions.

"Four decisions went against us. When we had our penalty, Wes Morgan said: ‘he doesn't know what he's doing, he's been bad all game.’ It's happening every week and it's unacceptable.

"They need video evidence, 100 per cent. Whether they've got the camera, whatever - something needs to happen.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic said: “If you watch a replay of our penalty you see the pulling and all that. If you watch their penalty you will see a dive.

“You have 32,000 people screaming at every contact in the box, every long ball in the box. If it’s for the home side it’s a penalty or handball or I don’t know what.

“If it’s in the other box it’s cheat, dive or whatever. It’s hard, it’s extremely hard for him. And the game went like crazy and they were losing and so it was extremely hard for him.”
